ImmunoSEQ™ Assay Pricing

Each ImmunoSEQ assay and BetaSEQ assay is available in four resolutions:
Survey, Deep, UltraDeep and MaxDepth.

Selection of the appropriate resolution depends on your experiments, goals and requirements. Some experimental goals may require higher resolution than others. For samples with limited amounts of DNA, the Survey or Deep resolutions may be the only options.

Discounts

Discounts are based on order size. Should you wish to apply for a collaboration, Adaptive considers select research projects that align with the Company’s strategic development goals. See “Apply for Collaboration” below.

Schedule

  • Under $25,000 = no discount
  • $25,000 – $50,000 = 5% discount
  • $50,000 – $100,000 = 10% discount
  • $100,000 – $250,000 = 15% discount
  • $250,000 – $500,000 = 20% discount
  • Greater than $500,000 = 25% discount

Apply for Collaboration

Adaptive considers select research projects that align with the Company’s strategic development goals on a case by case basis. Please understand that if your project is not selected, Adaptive is not making a judgement related to the scientific merit of your project. Rather, the Company is allocating its R&D budget in predefined strategic objectives. Additionally, please note that data from collaborations will be shared with Adaptive and is subject to contribution to a public database after an agreed on period of time set aside for publication.

Pilot Projects

In select cases, Adaptive may extend discounts that do not meet the scheduled discount threshold for pilot projects aimed at obtaining grant funding.

RELATES TO PRICING TABLE: * Adaptive Biotechnologies targets delivery of the stated output sequences per resolution level. However, due to the variability of acceptable input formats, DNA qualities received, and sequencing chemistry, actual output sequences may be substantially higher or lower than the target. Adaptive makes every effort to deliver to the target, but cannot guarantee the target level.The input genome count is the minimum requirement for the corresponding Resolution. One human genome is represented by approximately 3.3pg of genomic DNA. Standard diploid cells will have two genomes per cell. A DNA sample prepared for the Survey resolution from a diploid cell type, for example, would come from 20,000 cells or more, and the DNA yield would be about 120,000pg, or 120ng.
